Untitled Chapter 1 I walked up to the stage in my graduate’s robe, got my diploma, and shook the principal’s hand in front of over 500 students and parents. It was June 2nd, and I had just graduated the 8th grade. Around the same time next year, I’d be having a celebration with kings of a lost world, and drinking to restoring peace to their lands, and maintaining it here on Earth. Night GazingIt was 11:00 now. I turned off the monitor of my PC and headed to bed. I lifted the shade of the window by my bedside. It was always pleasant to stare at the beautiful night sky, while in the soft comfort of my mattress, blanket, and pillows. Back in New Jersey, the summer night's sky was one of the most beautiful things I had seen. But tonight, and these past nights, were different. I was up north in Minnesota, in the middle of winter.
